OUR MISSION

The Entrepreneur Preparatory Academy (EPA) is committed to equipping youth and aspiring entrepreneurs with the foundational skills, character development, and business knowledge necessary to thrive in the barbering and beauty industries.

We prepare students through hands-on training, mentorship, financial literacy, and leadership development—bridging the gap between vision and vocation. EPA cultivates discipline, confidence, and entrepreneurship while providing a clear pathway from pre-barber training to licensed professional success.

Our mission is to empower individuals—especially those from underserved communities—to build sustainable careers, create generational wealth, and become leaders who give back to their communities.

About Us

The Entrepreneur Preparatory Academy is dedicated to providing inter-city youth, from ages 15 through 18, with technical skills and resources that will focus on achieving their full potential through guided and nurturing programs that will enhance and change their lives.

The Entrepreneur Preparatory Academy program is to engage youth  into quality pre-barbering programs that will provide them with life skills, confidence, leadership and growth.

These supportive relationships play a vital role in the lives of hundreds of inter-city youth who are at risk of not succeeding in our society. The vision is to build confidence in one’s self, leadership skills, strong work ethics, technical skills in various

business careers, branding yourself/business, and mentorship programs.

These essential programs empower youth to grow and develop into confident individuals who are better equipped to deal with the harsh realities that they face daily.
